2 ohm vs. 4 ohm speakers

I’m looking to replace the stock speakers, front and back, in my no frills XL. I have read that some people use 2 ohm speakers and others if used 4 ohm speakers. Is there a better choice? I do not plan on putting an amp in, or subwoofers. I just want a better, richer sound from the stock stereo. What speakers have others used? I am not replacing the tweets.
Here is a bunch of videos of speaker choices. As far as 2-ohm compared to 4-ohm. There aren't that many 2-ohm speakers out there for full range door replacement. Subs there are a ton. 2-ohm gets you more power from your amp than 4-ohm but the amp must able to play at that resistance. Not sure if the factory amp can handle a 2-ohm load but I'm sure there is info in those videos. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Replace+speaker+in+2022+Ford+Maverick
