Looks quite a bit smaller in some pics. Almost Ridgeline-eqsue in others.

Ranger is 70.7 or 71.5. The mav looks to come up to mid door glass. I’m going to say it’s about 8-9” shorter, placing it at about 62.5” tall.
Very sweet.

That's what stood out to me as well. Hopefully it's not some kind of optical illusion.

I see it too on the 3rd picture from the bottom, I think its probably an illusion based on the angle of the trucks, bc the Ranger's front tires look larger too.

Another Maverick mule was spotted next to another Ford, this time its an Escape.

Escape is 66.1” tall. Looks about the same, maybe 1-2” taller. Ranger is 70.1”.
The bed looks exactly the same length as the height. That’s at least a 5’ bed. Maybe a 5.5’.

Great observations and potential Maverick dimensions. The Ranger comes with a 5-foot bed (SuperCrew) and 6-foot bed (SuperCab) and the closer the Maverick can be to those options, the more practical it will be.

What do you think the other bed dimensions are like?

I like the height at about 66”. A bed at 60”+ is perfect. The crew cab looks like a fine size, but it’s tough to tell dimensions. It doesn’t appear to have much wasted space, which is a huge win in my book. The bed side looks to be actually usable, meaning I could put things in the bed over the side.
This looks to be about 4’ hood, 5’ cab, and 5’ bed. Other pics put the width as very similar to the ranger at 78”. That would be 44.8” width between wells and 61.4 width above wells. Just some guesses really, but anywhere close to these and I’m a buyer.

They do look to be parked fairly evenly. The seats at least line up. I don't imagine the hoods are much different in length. The rear of the escape is maybe just a bit past the tire of the Maverick, maybe... Escape is 181" long. If I was to argue the Maverick is 2' longer, that would put total length at 205", just over 17'. The ranger is 210", or 17.5'. I think the maverick might be less than 17 though.

I'd think so, maybe somewhere around 16.5?

Ford is working on a next-generation Ranger that could grow in size, it might explain why the Maverick is so similar to the current one.

It really only looks similar in some angles. I bet it's quiet a bit smaller if you get up close.
