Didn't like the video. More of a feature review than an actual test of the truck.

What I haven't seen is a side by side of the FX4 vs Tremor and that is what really interests me.

The elephant in the room is, "Why can't the Tremor be equipped with the 4K tow package".

I don't know the answer, but it's been rumored that the dual rear clutch can't handle anywhere close to 4,000 lbs.

Compliant (softer) suspensions are a benefit off road as it adds in articulation. Helps keep the tires in contact with the ground. Those softer spring don't have the same weight rating, they can't support as high a cargo and towing capacity. Air springs could be added to keep the body level when hauling and towing but Ford isn't going to do that from the factory. Of course air springs would not increase the strength of any other vehicle component that is specific to the Tremor.

I think the Maverick is one of the greatest vehicles to come out in the past decade. The fact that you can get a brand new truck with a hybrid that gets 40mpg for under 30k (with no markup) is just insane. Or you can go for versions like this and still be under 40k almost fully loaded ! Insanely good value for your money.
