Hopefully this wasn't covered before as I didn't see it covered.
Wondering if a XLT with Ford's Co-pilot besides software
would need any hardware for ACC? Thanks

I believe the steering wheel is also different between standard cruise and adaptive. The controls for the adaptive function (follow distance/gap control) is on the steering controls. So just to be clear, you will need the steering wheel from a Maverick lariat lux to enable all the adaptive features. But then, depending if you have a model already required with Lane centering, Co-pilot etc, you may then have unused buttons which could throw errors.
So to be completely transparent, no one knows yet what else is or is not needed.
