I feel the same way. I was between this and Cyber Orange, but the risk of it be school bus colors was too big for me. I heard that the Hot Pepper Red was actually an orange color and almost went with that one. There is a ford dealer on the other side of town that has 2 Area 51 Bronco Sports that I might try to check out this afternoon just to see the color in person.

I just wish they had a true green color, and not that “cactus green” which was really gray.

Yes - they need either the challenger green (like the roadrunner green), or a sea foam green . Not to mention the “quicksand” tm

I saw an Area 51 Bronco Sport this weekend and can confirm, I’m in love with this color. Depending on the light it’s either a bright blue, more subdued greyish blue, or even a foggy haze blue like a winter sunrise.

Nice! Those photos make the Cyber Orange look good, too. The Cyber Orange is a Lariat, not an XLT.

I've got a Area 51 First Edition on order. I wasn't sure about the color at first but it's growing on me.

Not certain I can wrap my head around a black roof. Would seem it would make cabin hotter plus show all the dirt and/or rain spots. Then again I don’t like stain paint finish on motorcycles so guess I am just not up with the times now days. Did like the Easter egg wording on the hood graphic though even on that figure any dirt will stick out like a sore thumb. Could be wrong on both counts.

Though do think the first edition graphics will pair up with the Area 51 color well

plus break up the ‘sea of blue’ on that truck somewhat.

I actually like the black roof and the graphics, the easter egg is pretty cool. Like you said it breaks up the "sea of blue". I had a 2002 MINI Cooper S, actually preordered that and waited 1.5 years for delivery. It had a black top and really liked it. I have a 2019 orange Miata RF 30th Anniversary Edition which has a black retractable roof and love the looks of that. I can't say I've notice the cabin being any hotter but being black it can show the dirt. Guess I just like black roofs.
