It will depend on the dealer. Many dealers would prefer to have your truck made so they can sell it sooner, then they'll just sell it instead of you buying it. As for the actual cancellation process, I don't have any information.

Cancelling order?
Does anybody have any experience cancelling an order? I had planned to replace my current vehicle with it once it had failed but unfortunately that happened sooner and I need to replace it now. Should I just shoot them a text or what?
