Cost to expect for first service?

I am bringing my vehicle in for the side airbag recall and, with 6k miles, will have the dealer do the first service too. How much did you pay for the first service? TIA.

I'd think it's the same all the time. I rotate tires each oil change.
I checked with my service dept. and they said total around $81 out the door. This is why I opted for 3 free services, instead of $210 FordPass reward. Heck in 4 years for last service, it could be $140.
Cost me about 30 bucks but I did it myself.
You use exact Ford spec oil?
If you use Motorcraft oil, it is over $60 alone, then there is the filter cost. So..... how did you do it for $30???
$30 is about my cost too.
Mobil1 is about $25 for a 5 quart jug at walmart (and yes i bought extra at the first oil change and always check level when i'm done) and i bought a case of Motocraft (FL400S) filters and they were only a couple of bucks each in bulk.
i used my fordpass points to order a couple of cabin filters and a half dozen air filters so i have that covered too.
You have THAT many miles on yours and/or drive in DUSTY conditions? One should be good for well over 50,000 miles!

If you have sufficient airflow out of vents, then the filter is just fine! (y) I NEVER go by arbitrary mileage or time.

I've had mine almost a year and half now! i did the first oil change at 2500 and stick with a 7500 interval after that. the FL400S fits other cars i own so they wont go to waste.
I was talking about the CABIN filter!

WHICH version of Mobil 1??? I contacted Mobil 1 technical support not long ago, and they said Ford had not sent them the info for the FORD oil spec for the Maverick hybrid, therefore they could NOT recommend ANY of their oils for it at that time!
Supposed to be?.....Mines turbo......

Says who?
I would especially use fully synthetic in any vehicle with a turbo. If you want it to last that is.
I don't necessarily disagree, however the Motorcraft synthetic blend is ILSAC GF-6 rated. That rating pretty much came into existence because of Turbo DI engines and their "unique" issues, i.e. LSPI and soot buildup.
That is not the required FORD rating.
I don't care to waste my time looking into Ford's arbitrary oil requirement rating. Willing to bet WSS-M2C961-A1 is Ford's equivalent to ILSAC GF-6. That being said, the synthetic blend of the FORD BRANDED OIL we were discussing does indeed meet FORD'S requirement for the Ecoboost engine in the Maverick.

Edit: Straight from the manual that nobody ever reads

My Harley 500 says to use a diesel rated oil! 🤪

I checked and they said out the door at $81. So getting the 3 free services instead of the 42,000 FordPass Reward points is the better value .
