I’ve considered the ranger as well, but @ 6’2” I found it to be very cramped. Hopeful that the maverick designed for America first instead of an afterthought is more aligned with our larger average sizes.

I've owned a 2011 Ranger for the past 6 years and it's been an absolute workhorse for me. I heard that Ford is making another small pickup truck with the Maverick and depending on how good it is I might have to make an upgrade.
I've considered the new Ranger but it's way more truck than I'd ever need. Hopefully the Maverick is much smaller.
Welcome to the forum @Schobz! I'm on the taller side as well at 6'3 so I'm in the same boat as you. From my understanding the Bronco Sport is pretty spacious so hopefully that can carry over to the Maverick.I’ve considered the ranger as well, but @ 6’2” I found it to be very cramped. This is the same problem I have with the New Ranger and I’m only 5’ 9” . You really have to duck hard to not hit your head on the upper door jam when your getting into truck and then the seat must be in its lowest position . Not Good and Im going on 3 years with out a truck .I’ve considered the ranger as well, but @ 6’2” I found it to be very cramped. Since the Maverick is similar to the Bronco Sport it might be worth sitting inside one to give you an idea on what the Maverick might be like. This is the same problem I have with the New Ranger and I’m only 5’ 9” . Good to know. I'll probably put my son's rear facing car seat on the passenger side or middle since it's easier for me to reach him when we're stopped. I'm glad it's roomy back there. I'll take a look at it on Sunday and see if the rear feels bigger than my 2017 Impreza, which is pretty good for me. (I'm only about 5'8".)I recently sat in a Bronco Sport, it work for me with a rear facing (space consuming) child-seat behind me.
