I like that Ford included some actual buttons for the infotainment system so we can adjust things while not looking at the screen. I'm also a big fan of all the center console storage space.

Rapid Red. Hot Pepper Red isn't available as a first edition

It is weird that some of the brightest colors didn't get the pick for First Edition availability. Cyber Orange, Velocity Blue, Hot Pepper Red, and Cactus Grey all would have contrasted quite nicely with the black graphics.

I agree. The decals will be almost invisible on Carbonized Grey

The controls come from the Escape. Good setup.

Rapid Red superseded Ruby Red more or less. They're very similar colors so I could see a marketing person used to the shade confusing the nomenclature.

It's a First Edition so it's got to be Rapid Red (which all of the car show videos refer to as Race Red). I like it, and I wish Ford hadn't decided to display it under bright blue lights.

From the pictures it looks pretty good but how does the fit and finish look in real life? I have been a lifelong Ford fan but this seems to be one of their true weaknessess...
