We have new spy photos of the Maverick Rattler that give a more detailed look at the off-road focused trim and shows a new high-clearance front bumper design!

New Off-Road-Focused Front Bumper
While all current Maverick’s get same traditional front bumpers, this prototype shows signs of a new front skid plate, and a design that promises a much better approach angle. What at first glance looks like a disguised bumper with a rather low front chin, looks phony upon closer examination. Fake caps are placed at the outer edges of the front bumper to obscure the high-clearance nature applied to this Maverick prototype.

Full-Body Camouflage
This Maverick has everything below the door handles covered in camouflage—a marked changed from earlier Maverick prototypes which left their lower rockers, side sills and bumper details fully uncovered once the Maverick moved into the graphic camo stage. It appears that new trim treatment will extend beyond the trail-friendly front bumper, and bring changes throughout the Maverick’s design.

FX4-Based Prototype
This prototype has a visible FX4 sticker on the rear corners, and the visible independent rear suspension confirms that this Maverick is AWD. The prototype is also riding on Falken Wildpeak A/T tires.
