I ordered July 28 a Lariat eco FX4, received email December 2 with a VIN for a January 31 build week. I would let the dealer put the tonneau cover on after delivery to keep it as simple as possible 😉

The dealer told me that Ford would send the tonneau in the truck for them to install after the truck arrived.

Some people are saying they didn't get a notification from Ford about the fact that their Maverick was scheduled for a build (that is where you are supposed to get the VIN number) how did they get the information about their Maverick being built on the Ford tracker site? I went to that site and they want the customer order number and the VIN. Neither of which I have.
