Long McArthur test drive video taken off YouTube
Ford made me take the test drive video down. But I did get Ford Media to tell me that their media footage including test drive will be released late September with media embargo released in October.
Not sure how late because stock units should be arriving late October I would think.

If I have a build date of 9/14, and live fairly close to the border between the US and MX, should I expect more of a 4-6 week turnaround, or is it possibly faster? If it's shorter than 4 weeks, wouldn't Ford be better served by raising the embargo in late September anyway? I can't imagine they'd be hiding anything huge enough to warrant letting the first buyers buy their trucks before any media sources can share drive reviews... And reviewers have already gotten their hands on the Santa Cruz, to boot, so Ford's kinda milking the "we're cheaper than Hyundai" hype machine.
All of the Mavericks are actually shipped from Mexico to Kansas City by rail.
