An XL or xlt

Is the XLT worth it, or is it just cosmetic? I can't see much that would convince me to spend another $3000. Or am I missing something?

We went XLT mostly to get the cruise and remote mirrors. I do like the upgraded wheels also on the XLT but if I could have put trim rings and a decent center cap on the steel XL wheels we may have gone for the XL.
