Got a similar bump on my truck’s door a while back. Took a bit of searching, but turns out some places still stock fresh front door shells, so no need for crazy fixes. Funny thing — while hunting parts, I found a supplier for aerial work platform parts that was surprisingly reliable, with decent prices and super quick delivery.
