You would think that Ford or someone in Fords marketing department would have said let’s throw some plastic hubcaps on the first 1000 Ford Mavericks base models that are going on display at all the dealerships so they look nice on the showroom floors .
Because those rims look like they belong on a leased / rent a truck from Avis or U haul .

Correct. I was under the impression the Qr code in the backseat was for the 3d printable items for the fit slots.

Thanks for posting these pics. I ordered an XL over 3 months ago, and I still don't have a VIN. I plan on wearing out the factory tires, and then upgrading the wheels & tires later. Maybe some Black Rhino wheels ( Barstow Dearborn Blue w/ Black Lip Edge) with white lettered Goodyear Wranglers?

Steelies have been around since the 70s , come on this is like 2022 . I’ll let them Get away with putting Steelies on all the Government contractor trucks that are purchased as a co-op dirt cheap . Nice wheels make for a nice looking truck they can be steel just dress them up a tad .

Go spend $4k on some rims, I could care less but rather have a smaller diameter rim

The steel wheels on the xl are horrible I was lucky
enough to see them in person, but there are so many bronco sport wheels popping up for dirt cheap will be an easy fix

A couple weeks back the sales man I deal with showed me the paperwork on the Maverick we're expecting in for stock, and the date said it was to ship last week; meaning it should be showing up very soon. I've got my eyes open looking for it, and will probably be told when its due to hit the lot. It's a very well equipped model too, so it should be interesting to see.
The truck used for the training seminar a couple weeks ago was an Iconic Silver Lariat, and I can say the interior colors looked better in person than almost any photos I have seen. Still a bit quirky for some, but not bad with those contrasting colors.
