If you saw my previous post, you know I am going to the 2021 Chicago Auto Show to see the Mav in person. I figured I would ask if anyone had questions that you would like me to ask or specific "quirks and features" <---(if you know, you know) you would like pictures of. Post your questions here and I will try to compile a list to ask them when I am there. I'll also try to get as many photos and videos as possible.

If there is a Ford rep there that can answer questions, can you find out for sure if vinyl flooring is available in any of the trims? Also, try to find out which trim levels have window tint. Thanks!

I would like to know the following:

a) are the active X seats simulated leather, or does it have leather seating surfaces? If fake leather, how does it look and feel?
b) can you put an active 10 yo in the back seat and ask him if there is enough room?
c) is the cyber orange really yellow?
d) are there any ac vents in the back seat?
e) does the engine have to be running when using the 400w invertor, and if not, how long can you run the 400w without running down the battery?
f) when are they planning on coming out with a vibrant green?
g) when are they planning on coming out with the tent kit?
h) if you get to drive one, does the 2.0 FWD have noticeable torque steer?

Thanks

Thought of another question:
I'd love to know definitively if the Maverick will get the BlueCruise update later this year. I see that it's available on the '21 Bronco, so I kinda expect it to also be available here.

Where is the oil filter on each engine option? Can the do it yourselfer get to it without removing other parts? Can the spark plugs and water pump be easily accessed?
Is there a drain plug for coolant on the radiator? The reason I ask this is that some PHEV's (i.e. Chevy Volts) have to use a pressurized system to refill the coolant.
What is the battery construction on the hybrid battery (eg. lead acid, nickel hydride, lithium?). Does the hybrid battery have a "coolant jacket" to moderate the battery temperature for maximum efficiency? What is your evaluation of the comfort of the seats? Is it delivered with a printed owner's manual? (reason: I am told that 2021 F150's have the owner's manual on-line only). If the owner's manual is on-line only, can those who have ordered the Maverick access the manual on-line before delivery? What kind of jack is provided and where is it stored? What brand of tire is associated with each option package? What are the maintenance intervals? Acceleration times 0 to 60 mph? (for each engine option).
Thanks - what an opportunity you have!

Size of the manual rear sliding window, and a photo from the interior looking out to bed of truck. Thx!

TommyBoy, are you a Ford rep? I've seen speculation going both ways on this one. If you know for sure, I'd like to know where you got the information.
I work for a Ford dealership, but I pester the Maverick Marketing dept weekly. Their response on the flooring, "Carpeting & Carpeted floor mats are std on base XL."

I try to give factual info straight from the horse's mouth. ;-) If I'm guessing, though, I will definitely clarity that.

Okay. Thank you. I was hoping for vinyl in the XL, but it's good to hear an official answer one way or the other.
