I'm new to the forum. John in Atlanta here. I ordered a Velocity Blue Lariat Luxury group yesterday. Fall is the only estimated delivery date they are willing to give. I ordered from a small town dealer close to my place in TN so hopefully smaller dealer doesn't mean I get lower priority.

John in Atlanta again... I forgot to include that I went with Hybrid power. I have the Dodge Ram for real truck work and this will be for all the miles where twice plus fuel economy is the preference.

I have the Ram 1500 Quad cab with 6.5 ft bed so it will definitely be noticeable. Lol.
Velocity Blue on Maverick and Patriot blue (dark blue metallic) on the Ram.

I'm sure a lot of that hinges on resolving the current computer chip crisis that is causing a slowdown in building vehicles. The high demand for chips for computers and everything else last year has created some significant problems in the building of vehicles. Usually vehicles for the next model year are released sometime in September but this year could be different. I wanted the creature comforts of Lariat luxury group, but do have some concerns as to whether the additional chips required Will cause for stronger delays on the more loaded up vehicles.

Not sure where others are falling in, but I will be paying list price. The dealership I went to said they aren't ready to do anything less than full list for early orders. I'm definitely curious to know what others are finding.

The Ford email I received did not have any type of number. The dealer did assign a number which was random. In my case the dealer number tied somewhat to the order date.
