XL with or w/o Cruise Control Canada

Does anyone know if the Canadian XL model comes with cruise?

Often our models have different features then the American counterparts.

The builder tool on the Ford.ca website specifically calls it out on the XLT so looks like the XL doesn't have it there as well.

I confirm you must go with XLT for the cruse.. That's bad
