Can't see end of hood. I'm too short and got an XL so I can't raise the seat. When I park in a public lot, I never get close enough so the back end is not safe from clipping, especially when two cars are passing each other in the aisle.
The seat does raise. It pumps up manually. Check out owners manual on line or in your ford app. I had to lower mine Same lever

There is no pumping. The seat mount is sloped. You move seat back, it lowers it. You move it forward it raises it. Just like it should be for taller & shorter drivers.

Btw check the vid for ranger xl. Same for both. Moving the seat fwd and back would defeat the purpose of the fwd and back lever between your legs. Don’t be a FKA unless u are one have read your posts before

After 13 months and 14,500 miles there are a few scratches inside and out but it's a truck, it gets used as a truck, I'll drive it 100,000 miles and sell it as a used truck, I don't intentionally try to scratch it but it happens, wifey's passenger side doors are dinging my doors, in the garage it happens, get over it.

I don’t know what seat you guys are sitting in !! Front bar is x axis forward and back. Side horizontal lever is y axis up and down. And side vertical lever accomplishes seat recline Look in the manual or online or on you tube vids In the XL. Basically how most cars have worked for many many years. Let’s stop the insanity Try to look like fu@%#in know it alls in a more technological area of car performance. It will serve you better

The cap-less fuel filler system. I had some gas in a 5 gallon container and tried to pour into that tiny, ridiculous emergency funnel that Ford includes with the truck. Impossible. Plus none of my funnels (4 of them) fit in Ford's crazy filler neck. I think that in all of my years that I might have lost one cap. This is a case of over engineering something that didn't need it (I'm an engineer, by the way, and my wife has accused me of that occasionally). I might not have explained that very well, so take out that funnel, before you need it, and stick it in the filler tube. If you ever have to get a can of gas, make sure it comes with a spout and not just the open can to pour with.

interior and dash rattles.
the passenger door has sounded like it has loose parts in it since day one.

Love it, thanks for sharing! My Mav is coming in two weeks

My major complaint with the mav is just the round shifter. After driving for 44 years with a column mounted shifter ( with which I could find any gear with my eyes closed ) it still isn’t 2nd nature to find the small round circular console shifter and turn it too and fro… Console space can be used for better things and column is totally out of the way. Everything else I’m very satisfied with
